FRANEK is a painter, draftswoman, and printmaker. Her body of work is also supplemented by sculptures, photographs, films, and recordings. The third volume of her catalogue raisonné concentrates on the Berlin artist's print work for the first time, which is characterized by experiments with various printing techniques like etching, lithography, and woodcut. FRANEK's prints are pervaded by the central themes of eroticism and transformation, dream and reality, day and night, life and death.
