An Illustration in the Context of Law Relating to Economic Offences': The thesis examines the dogmatics of the penal prefield in the context of law relating to economic offences, for which it is often considered to be highly relevant. It develops a definition and shows the potential and limits of the term. In doing so, it also counters the generalised criticism given on the group of delicts in the run-up of a damage of an individual legally protected right and on the penal prefield as a whole.
