Rechtsfrieden - Ein Beitrag zur Diskussion um die Ziele des Strafverfahrens

Tobias Kulhanek holds the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Criminology, and Sanctions Law at Leibniz University Hannover. Prior to this, he worked for the Bavarian judiciary since 2015, initially as a public prosecutor, then as a judge at the regional court, press spokesman, and conciliation judge. In addition, he received his doctorate in 2018 from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg with his thesis »Die Sprach- und Ortsfremdheit von Beschuldigten im Strafverfahren. Eine Untersuchung des deutschen Umgangs mit sprach- und ortsfremden Beschuldigten im Lichte des unionsrechtlichen Diskriminierungsverbots« and habilitated in 2024 at the same university with a thesis on »Rechtsfrieden«.
