Perspektiven des Verbandsklagerechts - Dissertationsschrift

'Perspectives of Access to Justice for Associations': Whilst legal actions brought by associations are predominantly based on objective law, the Federal Administrative Court has also granted environmental associations 'procuratorial rights' and thus a subjective legal access to justice. This exceptional legal status is a novelty and has potential for further development, which is explored in this study with respect to subjective law. The thesis compares the legal actions of associations in selected areas of law and analyses their functions in the democratic system.
