'Personal Performance Obligation and Delegation Authority of the Insolveny Administrator': The study creates a dogmatic foundation for the thesis of the personal obligation of the insolvency administrator. Furthermore, a delegation model is developed on the basis of the creditor-protecting effect of the personal obligation and by analysing the legislative intent. In addition, it is shown that the violation of the personal obligation does not lead to the invalidity of the legal act, but to a proportional reduction of the administrator's remuneration.
