A Revision of the Doctrine of the Restriction of the Right of Self-Defense': Necessity and socio-ethical restriction are two aspects of the right of self-defence that do not agree with each other. The present study deals with understanding the two opposing elements as a single entity. The result is that self-defence is a confirmation of the duty to cooperate when state power is not available. And the socio-ethical restriction is the consequence: self-reflection of subjective rights.
