Die Ausnahmen vom Geschäftsgeheimnisschutz - Dissertationsschrift

'The Exceptions to Trade Secret Protection': Sec. 5 of the German Trade Secrets Protection Act provides exceptions to the prohibitions in Sec. 4. The exceptions require further specification. The aim of the present study is to specify these exceptions. This applies in particular to the exceptions regarding the exercising of freedom of expression and other misconduct, as well as the exception in favor of other legitimate interests. In the latter aspect, this study especially elaborates on development potential.
